چکیده
The need for flexible power generation is growing worldwide as the energy transition altering operational regimes of thermal plants. Plasma ignition systems, an alternative technology to conventional start-up method with natural gas or oil firing, offer a cost- and energy-efficient process in pulverized fuel stations. application plasma systems cold start-ups using different qualities pre-dried lignite investigated pilot-scale combustion facility. A integrated swirl burner developed validated highly ignitable dust. Eight moisture content up 30% broad particle size distribution are this determine applicability limitations system regard quality. performance lignites categorized based on their performance. All were ignited under cold-start-up condition 4 kW 7 kW. Lignite 20% median below 450 ?m form self-sustained flame short-time plasma-supported combustion, while blow-out observed lower qualities.

Alternative Fuels for Spark Ignition Engines
In order to reduce the atmospheric pollution emitted by automobiles, control devices are being incorporated in the vehicles in many countries. This has resulted in a reduced vehicle mileage to the extent of about fifteen percent. Without the introduction of new technology, any further reduction in emission levels would be expected to extract payment in the form of further fuel economy losses. I...
